If you arrived here from Lindsy’s blog, you are on the right track ~ if you just happened on my blog, please had back to Lindsy’s blog, which is the first stop on our hop.”

For this Hop we were challenge to create a Birthday Theme Item. For my project I created a Birthday CupCake Card. I created this card with my Niece in mind. Who just turned sweet sixteen. She luvs Purple and Winter because she luvs to ice skate. I used Bazzile Card Stock to Handmake my card, and some Chalk to add some detail. On the frosting i used some lace, stickles, liquid glass and a few beads to add some dimension to the cupcake. I did find these old snowflake stickers that just so happen to work very well and be purple. So i used those on my candles. I really luv the way it came out.  I finished it off with some fibers and a present charm.

Now Hop on Over to Anna's Blog which is the next stop on the HOP.

Remember to leave a comment, and Lindsy will be picking comments at Random from all the blogs to select the prize winners.

In case you get lost here is the Order of the HOP

Over at Let's Scrap there was a challenge to created a layout of one of your Countries Past Times. Of course i am American born but i am Puerto Rican and we luv some Dominoes so that what i did my layout on. I was not able to print my photos and the two cards i made with the rules and language but i put in  white boxes. i will updated it when the printer stops acting stupid lol. I am so glad i got this done. I had a crazy week getting back to work after the Holidays! And getting the kids back to school and we had something every day after school or work this week. Even tonight. But by maintaining my creative goal of finding a lil creative time daily, i did get this done. So i am SO SO SO happy. And thankful to Lets Scrap for the Challenge. Of course i used one of there amazing two page sketch's as well.

Materials are from the Grafton Line of Scenic Route. I LUV this LINE you will see alot of it in my Cultural Stuff it fits so well. I also used Heidi Swap transparent Letters for my title.

This Layout was based on the Sketcy Thursday Facebook Exclusive Sketch, if you want to see the sketch you have to join the group on Facebook here!

Other Challenge Entries:

Stampin w/Dragon : Fav Winter Colors (mine is shades of blue of course :)

I created a new personal rule for myself that i would not enter one item into more then 5 challenges. Which would push me to create more Layouts, Cards and Projects.

Matrials Used!
Stash: DCWV Holiday Stack (pretty old stack)
The quotes are lil cardstock stickers that came in grab bags i bought at Jo's like 4 yrs ago lol.
Not one thing on this layout is new. I was going to mix it up with some new papers, but the colors didn't not match at all. The Title was from www.griffs-shortcuts.com i don't know if that site is still around i must have purchased this before i got my cutting machine. I used my CTMH stamp set called "Simple Stitches" to add the stitches and the stamped on snow flakes!

Happy New Years EVERYONE.

So as i go around today reading blogs and hopping along. I decided to come of with a wish list. And i would LUV to see yours. I know i don't have many followers lol. Mostly becuase i deleted my blog and then reloaded it and LOST all 33 of them but no biggie, i got 6 now lol and maybe one of you will share. HEHE if not at least i have my wishlist made :)

#1: 11 sets of vintage crinkle ribbon, hand-made and hand-dyed. While hopping along i discovered Kim's blog and these Ribbons, and omg my creative juices got a flowing this is for sure on my top MUST have list. And what do you know i even have 11 colors i want hehe. Vintage Vanilla, Harvest Wine, Stormy Days, Sea Foam, Vintage Pine, Cranberry, Toad-ally Green, Pine Cone, Chocolate Truffle, Sky Blue, Pink Bubble Gum.

#2: Some Imaginisce, i joined there New Years Blog Hop this am to welcome the new DT and oh my talk about inspiration. you need to check it out.  On my wish list: Liv Loud Stamps, Twitterpated Line (see it @ work here), Garden Party Collection Papers and Roly Rosie in 3 colors (look what liz did with it here), ok really ill take one of everything lol

#3 An I-rock and I-Top with all the Trimmings, have u seen this in action its awesome.

#4  The new Imaginisce Distress tool, i first saw this on Pinky's Blog and i so need it!

#6 Cuttle Bug or Some sort of Embossing Machine, i still do this the old way with the Fisker Emboss templates lol... (would die for a Vegabond but unless i win the lotto not happening)

#7  BIG GIANT JAR OF THICK Clear Embossing Powder, i keep seeing Tim use this i so need it.

#8 11-colors of Distress Stickles, i hav tons of colors but no distress ones, i just recently found a local store that sells the distress ones, and will be keeping my eye out for a good sale.

#9 Unity Stamp/Echo Park Monthly Kit Club - i so want to do this, but i just can see me fitting it in, so for now its a wish, we will see lol

#10 Copic markers - i hav a ton of markers, and prismas etc. i actually use to draw and all that lol, i kind of gav it up for the most part when i started graphic design and paper crafting, but still do a lil, but my 15yr old is really fine tuning her inner artist right now. we share this great collection of Sharpies, Prisma, Stampin Up, CTMH etc Markers, but not one darn Copic lol. I think this year we will try to add some, i want them more for her becuase i know she can do magical things with them with her drawing, but i will be able to play with them too and if we share they will be used for sure.

#11 Have you been over to Clear Scraps? Well i just found them recently and htat all sorts of cool stuff. I haven't made a top 11 list its SO SO HARD. But i think i could really bust out some Altered Art with these and i have some great ideas, that include pokerchips, dominoes, paper and sharpies. I recently won a small sample and i can't wait for it, so i can create a project.

Ok so that is a long post, i am sure i will add to this as i find more and more lol.
